TigRab ("we", "us", "our") operates tigrab.com (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
TigRab does not require registration or login. We do not collect, store or process:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
- The TikTok URLs you submit for download
- The videos you download
- Payment information (the service is free)
3. How TigRab Works
When you paste a TikTok URL, your browser sends a request to our Cloudflare Worker, which calls the tikwm.com API to fetch publicly available video metadata from TikTok's servers. The video is then downloaded directly from TikTok's CDN to your browser. No video content passes through our servers.
4. Automatically Collected Data
Like most web services, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic server access data including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service reliability. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
5. Cookies
TigRab does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use minimal session storage in your browser to remember your language preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
6. Third-Party Services
TigRab uses a Cloudflare Worker proxy to call the tikwm.com API on behalf of your request. Cloudflare may log request metadata per their own privacy policy. tikwm.com processes TikTok URLs to extract video download links. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks by default.
7. Children's Privacy
TigRab is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
